Self-awareness and critical thinking about career journey are the most important skills students can develop to prepare for the rapidly evolving world of work. Experts estimate that around 85% of the jobs that today’s learners will be doing in 2030 haven’t been invented yet. Also, it is estimated that the next generation of workers will change jobs up to 10 times between ages 18 and 24. Despite this, career exploration is still often thought of as a linear process, holding students back from developing the skills they need to adapt to the changing world of work.

This session discusses creating true Workforce Readiness by exposing students to up-to-date workforce data, authentic stories and content about real jobs, and arming them with dynamic tools to think critically about, prepare for, and build the lives they want with Pathful.
