Careers as Registered Dietitians involve healthcare, culinary arts, entrepreneurship, research, and education. The number of Registered Dietitians is at an all-time low. In South Carolina, we have close to 700 Registered Dietitians and we need more nutrition professionals to meet the needs of the citizens of South Carolina.
