When hiring, employers are seeking talented individuals who can balance hard skills, such as CTE and soft skills, such as self-efficacy and resilience. Yet many school leaders are uncertain how to gather instructional materials to address both set of skill sets without placing additional burden on staff and overcomplicating work-flow.
