Grant and subgrant recipients must maintain adequate documentation for all expenditures and in-kind contributions. This session will provide an overview of the South Carolina Department of Education’s guidelines for documentation of expenditures, including salaries and benefits, purchased services, and supplies. You will learn the types of documentation that auditors expect and review both good and bad examples.
