17 Google Colab: Use Google's Computing Power to Teach Python Programming

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Come learn how to use Google Colabs to create scaffolded, interactive notes that allow students to code with you as you teach them Python. Master how you can teach students to create web-based, Jupyter style notebooks for data analysis and visualization. These are the same notebooks that are used by data scientists, AI researchers, and students in higher education to collaborate and present reports and can be applied to cross-curriculum projects as well. You will see how Colab can be used to run smaller open-source AI models using Google’s free GPU allowing more advanced programming students to create programs using AI models. Colab notebooks are simple to copy, share, attach to assignments, and grade from the Classroom platform.
