Oconee County's CTE Academy is a professional development experience designed for CTE teachers, led by CTE teachers. While this PD model can be tailored for any PD topic, Oconee County's CTE Academy PD program focuses on the following five topics: Assessment 101, Creativity and Student Choice, Cultivating a Positive Classroom Culture, Differentiation and a Blended Learning Classroom, and Employability Skills in Everyday Instruction.
