As a Customer Success Manager, I work with a diverse range of stakeholders to promote an engaged and empowering work culture. I manage the customer relationship from onboarding to implementation, providing continued training and support, and analyzing and interpreting data to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. I am passionate about helping learners achieve their academic and career goals.

My core competencies include customer relationship management, implementation, onboarding, data analysis and interpretation, team building, leading and motivating, and problem-solving. I also have a unique background as a certified high school math teacher and a small unmanned aircraft system (SUAS) instructor for the South Carolina Army National Guard. I leverage my education and technology skills to deliver innovative and effective solutions to my customers and colleagues. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the dynamic and fast-paced field of customer success.
