Growing a garden is an enriching experience, but any gardener will tell you that discouragement is commonly felt before harvesting fresh veggies. Likewise, coaching teachers is filled with fulfillment and frustration, sometimes on the same day. Join me as we explore a few of the similarities between growing teachers and tomatoes. I hope that you will leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and equipped with a few new ideas regarding the value of your labor. Who knows, maybe I’ll even convince you to start a garden?
