Join Chef Patrick Wagner in a hands-on session at the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas, 8109 White Horse Rd, Greenville, SC 29617, to learn how to put together quick and low-cost classes that will help your students create restaurant-quality dishes by developing flavors and fostering an organized methodology to creativity. Chef attire and proper shoes are required.
